Porto continues supporting the brazilian dream in Formula 1 and extends sponsorship with Gabriel Bortoleto for three more years

Company reinforces its commitment to being a safe harbor for people and their dreams

Porto has announced the renewal of its sponsorship with Gabriel Bortoleto, extending its support for the driver for an additional three years. The partnership, which began in 2023, has accompanied Gabriel’s rise in motorsports, marked by historic achievements such as winning the FIA Formula 3 Championship in 2023 and the FIA Formula 2 Championship last year, solidifying him as a promising talent in the sport. Now, with his sights set on the pinnacle of global motorsports, Formula 1, Porto reaffirms its role as a safe harbor for both this Brazilian dream and Gabriel’s journey.

Luiz Arruda, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Porto, highlights the company’s pride in continuing to support the young talent: “Porto has always stood by Brazilians and their dreams, and motorsports is a significant part of this story. Continuing our sponsorship with Gabriel for another three years reinforces our commitment to being a safe harbor for him and for the millions of fans who dream of seeing a Brazilian driver shine in Formula 1 on Sundays. We know that this new phase will bring even greater challenges, and it is precisely in these moments that care makes all the difference. Fans have even affectionately started calling him ‘Portoleto.’ We remain together, accelerating and writing another chapter in this journey, both on and off the track.”

The renewal of Gabriel Bortoleto’s sponsorship is part of Porto’s strategy to strengthen its presence in the motorsports world and connect with younger generations. The company has been part of Brazilians’ daily lives for nearly 80 years and continues to support motorsports, creating experiences that combine safety, excitement, and passion for the sport.
“I am extremely honored to continue with Porto’s sponsorship in my career. Over the past two years, they have been part of my achievements, and knowing that I will have their support for a multi-year period is truly special. I appreciate their trust in my work and will do my best to repay it with speed and excitement on racetracks around the world. After all, both on and off the track, I am certain that EVERY CARE IS PORTO!” said the enthusiastic 20-year-old driver from São Paulo.

In addition to supporting Bortoleto, Porto is also a founding partner of the São Paulo Grand Prix of Formula 1 until 2027. The company offers a unique experience at the event, featuring an exclusive grandstand for over 4,000 spectators, a 36-meter Ferris wheel providing a privileged view of the entire circuit, racing simulators, and a stage for live performances.
