The championship, one of the most competitive on the Road to F1, arrives I the challenging track of Mugello, Italy, where the 19th and 20th races of the year will take place.

Coming from a round with a win last weekend in Barcelona, Spain, the Brazilian driver Gabriel Bortoleto comes very excited for the disputes that will close the 2022 calendar, as well as, will mark his goodbye after two years in the series.

Completing 18 years last weekend, Bortoleto, part of the KTF Sports Academy, has excellent memories from the Mugello track. There, in 2020, he achieved one of his victories in the Italian F4, witch helped him to qualify as one of the 2021 FRECA drivers.

Bortoleto, who has been living a moment of rising in his career, won also in the iconic Spa-Francorchamps track this season, and comes excited with his recovery to the 6th position in the Championship. I have been living in Italy for 5 years, and, for me, is really a “home race”. The track is very hard and fast, no doubt, but I really like the layout and I feel good here. I’m in a really cool moment of my career with that victory last weekend, the good results on the F3 FIA testing and, thus I’m in full strength to close the year once a gain on the top step of the podium.”, explained the 18 year old driver.

Check out the full schedule of the weekend (Brasilia Times):

Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine
10th round – Mugello – Italy

Friday (21/10)
04:30 – 05:00 – FP1
08:10 – 08:40 – FP2

Saturday (22/10)
04:00 – 04:30 – Quali 1
09:15 – 09:40 – Race 1

Sunday (23/10)
04:00 – 04:30 – Quali 2
09:50 – 10:25 – Race 2

Pictures: Disclosure

Press office of KTF Sports
Responsible journalist: Flávio Quick

[8

post-443","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-uncategorized
["GET
